   This grill plate has 2 sides. You can use the plate as a grill with the ribbed side to get beautiful grill stripes on your meat or to grill larger pieces of meat. You can use the plancha side for stir-frying/woking.
   Made for serious grilling. 1.2KG cast aluminum retains heat so you get perfect steaks every time.
   Drainage holes so the juices flow away.
   This plate heats up quickly and stays hot for a long time.
   The non-stick coating is guaranteed to last up to 450° degrees without deteriorating.

Thanks to the efficient heat distribution, you can cook for 45 minutes barbecuing with 125 g charcoal.

Indirect grilling

The coals are centrally placed, which means you can grill your meat and vegetables indirectly by placing them around the charcoal. You can adjust the temperature by reducing the fan speed.
With the lid you can cover the food so that it can cook better, or to give it more charcoal flavor. If desired, you can also smoke by placing wood chips on the charcoal and closing the lid.

Non-smoking...

Unless you specifically choose to smoke with wood chips, the BBQ is smoke-free because the fat drips into the water and therefore does not burn.

The charcoal is in the middle of the BBQ2GO, so the outside becomes lukewarm and can be safely picked up wherever you want.
